  • 2 cups cold strong jazmyne green tea
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup boba
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 cups Plantiful Tropical flavor
  • 6 tbsp crushed pineapple in syrup or natural juices

  • To make strong tea, bring two cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 4 green jasmine tea bags. Let tea bags steep in water for about 10 minutes. Remove bags and refrigerate tea until ready to use.
  • To make simple syrup, bring 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar to a simmer until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • To cook boba, bring 5 cups of water to a boil. Add 1/2 cup of boba and cook for 5-7 minutes. Turn heat down to medium. Cover, and cook for 5 more minutes. Turn off heat and let boba sit for 5 minutes. Remove boba from hot water and drop in cold water for 20 seconds. Drain. Pour boba in a bowl and cover with simple syrup.
  • To make boba milk tea, add 2 or 3 tablespoons each of the boba and crushed pineapple to a tall glass and add ice. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts of tea and Plantiful. If desired, add additional sweetener.
