Roasted Potatoes Recipe

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 8 small red potatoes
  • salt & pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Put olive oil in oven proof skillet or pan.
  • Cut the potatoes in half and add to pan with cut side up. Salt and pepper. Turn potatoes over so cut side is down. Adjust seasoning.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes or until cut side of potato is brown.
