Ingredients

  • 2.6 oz StarKist Selects Yellowfin Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup steamed rice
  • 1 cup salad greens
  • 1/4 cup slice cucumber
  • 1/4 cup edamame
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced

Poke Bowl Sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • pinch sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Mix together the poke bowl sauce and set aside.
  • Add rice to the bowl. Top with greens. Arrange remaining ingredients on top of greens. Spoon poke bowl sauce over tuna.
