Hot Chicken Dip Recipe

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4-1/2 cups finely shredded cooked chicken breast about 2 pounds before cooking


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce and mix on low speed until well blended.
  • Stir in mozzarella.
  • Stir in chicken, 1 cup at a time.
  • Pour mixture into oven-proof dish and bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with sturdy crackers or fresh vegetables.

Slow cooker instructions

  • Combine ingredients as above and pour into small slow cooker.
  • Cover and heat on high until hot and bubbly, about 1-1/2 hours (or heat on low for 2-1/2 to 3 hours).


Prep time assumes that your chicken is already shredded!
