Hot Chicken Dip Recipe
shredded mozzarella cheese
finely shredded cooked chicken breast
about 2 pounds before cooking
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce and mix on low speed until well blended.
Stir in mozzarella.
Stir in chicken, 1 cup at a time.
Pour mixture into oven-proof dish and bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes.
Serve with sturdy crackers or fresh vegetables.
Slow cooker instructions
Combine ingredients as above and pour into small slow cooker.
Cover and heat on high until hot and bubbly, about 1-1/2 hours (or heat on low for 2-1/2 to 3 hours).
Prep time assumes that your chicken is already shredded!
