This week I’m at my mom and dad’s over on the coast visiting with my brother, who just got in from Minnesota. We’re talking about cruising, our favorite vacation, and the specialty drinks we’ve enjoyed on board the ship. Nothing beats the deck of a cruise ship, Caribbean music, and the drink of the day. Today’s drink is a Bahama Mama.

Bahama Mama Recipe
Serve Bahama Mamas over ice in tall glasses, preferably ones you brought back from your last cruise.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces golden rum
- 6 ounces Nassau Royale liqueur
- 6 ounces coconut rum
- 20 ounces 2.5 cups orange juice
- 20 ounces 2.5 cups pineapple juice
- 1.5 ounces Grenadine
- splash bitters
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a 2-quart pitcher. Stir. Pour over ice in tall glasses.
