Ingredients

  • 2.6 oz StarKist Selects Yellowfin Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup steamed rice
  • 1 cup salad greens
  • 1/4 cup slice cucumber
  • 1/4 cup edamame
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced

Poke Bowl Sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • pinch sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix together the poke bowl sauce and set aside.

  2. Add rice to the bowl. Top with greens. Arrange remaining ingredients on top of greens. Spoon poke bowl sauce over tuna.
