Recently, I had the opportunity to try JSL Foods, Inc. Fortune Noodle products. We’re huge lovers of Asian food in our house, so we were eager to try these products. Thai Peanut Rice Noodles were at the top of our list along with the Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodle and Udon Noodle. These noodles are made with 100% natural ingredients, contain no MSG, trans fat, or cholesterol. Preparing a dish made with Fortune Noodles is quick and easy. Use the microwave to loosen the noodles and cook the rest of the dish in a pan or wok in less than 10 minutes. You can’t beat it!
We started with the Thai Peanut Rice Noodles (gluten-free). To make this dish, I stir fried shredded carrots, red onion, and green bell pepper until slightly tender, then added the noodles, Thai Peanut flavor packet and a bit of water. I cooked for two minutes longer, then topped with crushed peanuts. The peanut sauce was a big hit and made the dish burst with flavor. My son and husband liked this dish the best.
We also stir fried the Udon Noodles with fresh vegetables and eggs. The soup base had a wonderful taste, and it left me with many new ideas for fresh recipes. These noodles were my personal favorite. I stir fried fresh vegetables and tofu instead of meat in the Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodle Dish. We tried the teriyaki flavor, which we all loved.
If you’re a lover of Asian noodles, then Fortune noodles are meant for you. The noodles are fresh, made with natural ingredients, and are a perfect ingredient for your own creations.
