Welcome to week 3 of Christmas in July! As you know, I teamed up with 9 other bloggers to host the Christmas in July blog hop every Wednesday in July. It’s the perfect place to find ideas for those handmade gifts that you’ll want to make and give your friends and family this holiday season. I’m collecting a lot of great ideas for the upcoming holiday season. I’ll need to get started soon so that I can make everything in time for the holidays (that’s right after I finish my list of Halloween projects).
This week I’m sharing my recipe for Classic Sugar Cookies. I love sugar cookies! I love to roll them in sprinkles. The cookies are festive and tasty. The good thing about this recipe is that I was too lazy to roll out the dough and cut it with Christmas cookie cutters. I was also too lazy to fill my cookie press with dough and then spend the time washing it. Instead, I scooped out each cookie with my cookie scoop, then dropped each of the small dough balls in bowls filled with festive Christmas sprinkles. Place the cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake.
Quick and easy.
Classic sugar cookies are by far my most popular Christmas cookie. Check out the recipe and enjoy!
I hope you enjoy my Classic Christmas Cookies! Visit these other bloggers and check out their Christmas in July picks!
